Craig & Kellie McHugh are the founders of Unconventional Lives and the Fit Over 50™ Program, where they share practical tools for creating vitality, energy, and confidence in midlife and beyond.
For years, Craig & Kellie poured their energy into raising their family, building businesses, and caring for loved ones. Like many people, they realized they had put their own health and well-being on the back burner. They often felt tired, low on energy, and unsure how to make lasting change.
Instead of accepting this as the “new normal,” they began experimenting with simple, science-backed strategies to support their health. Over time, they developed a framework built around four key pillars: balanced hormones, smart nutrition, enjoyable movement, and restorative sleep. The results for them were life-changing—more energy, improved well-being, and a renewed sense of connection.
Now, through their program and coaching, Craig & Kellie help others explore these same pillars and discover what works best for their own bodies and lifestyles. Their approach is not about quick fixes, extreme diets, or one-size-fits-all plans. It’s about empowering people with education, encouragement, and simple steps that can lead to lasting improvements in health and quality of life.
